The staff's exceptional hospitality stood out, particularly when I encountered car trouble. the receptionist went above and beyond to assist me, even helping to find a mechanic. Despite the car issue, the attentive staff ensured the safety of my vehicle, reflecting the secure and well-located premises. the apartment's amenities, such as the refreshing swimming pool, made my stay truly enjoyable. the friendly atmosphere and delicious food further enhanced my experience, offering a taste of Balkan authenticity.
